Day-Wise Program
Guwahati - Day 1
Pick up from Guwahati Airport or Railway Station and proceed to visit the sacred Kamakhya Temple on the Nilachal Hills. It is recommended to obtain a special entry pass in advance to avoid long waiting times. After the puja, visit the Umananda Temple on Peacock Island, known as the smallest river island in the world. If time permits, explore Kalakshetra, a cultural complex showcasing Assamese history and heritage, including the Lalit Kala Bhawan. In the evening, enjoy a sunset river cruise on the mighty Brahmaputra. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Guwahati.
Guwahati - Kaziranga National Park - Day 2
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kaziranga National Park, renowned for the one-horned rhinoceros, the white-winged wood duck (Assam’s state bird), and numerous endangered species. The park is also known for having one of the highest densities of tigers in India. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. After lunch, enjoy an exciting jeep safari in the Bagori Range, offering excellent opportunities to observe wildlife from close quarters. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Kaziranga - Elephant & Jeep Safari - Day 3
Early morning wake-up call for the Elephant Safari. The first ride begins at 5:00 AM and the second at around 6:00 AM; guests may choose as per convenience. After breakfast, visit nearby tribal villages and tea estates. Post lunch, enjoy another jeep safari inside Kaziranga National Park. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Kaziranga - Pobitora - Day 4
After an early breakfast, enjoy a jeep safari in the Central Range. Post safari, drive to Pobitora with sightseeing en route. On arrival, check in to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Pobitora.
Pobitora - Guwahati - Day 5
After an early breakfast, enjoy a jeep safari. Post early lunch, check out from the hotel and drive back to Guwahati. Drop off at Guwahati Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey.
